I have played this course in the past and have never seen conditions like this. Bare patches on greens and fairways. Paid $16 and was feeling like I barely got my money's worth

Best Public course in Sarasota/Bradenton
River Strand is always very well maintained and when aerating their greens they close that nine and use the other 18 holes. You never have to call ahead to see if the greens are punched. Awesome course and very fun to play.

Improvements are great
I have always liked this course, but the added bunkers have made it visually even more appealing. The greens and overall care of the course have made it a must play in the area.
