Played On 04/16/2019Couldn't play but Impossible to cancel and to have refund
I couldn't play with my husband as a huge backpain occurred 2 hours before our tee times. Impossible to play and to move but the worse was that it was impossible to cancel on your website and to receive my refund. And I lost my $10 reward. I'm really unhappy.
Could you help me for the $58 refund?

We discovered sand on the greens as we paied, it was not indicated on the web site
4 ladies group in front of us was reallly too slow and no ranger to explain they had to go faster
