Beautifully kept course, staff couldn’t do enough to help us. Some challenging and interesting holes throughout, however had to remember that it wasn’t a par 3 course. We played 11 holes and had 6 par 3’s, a little more variety would be nice.

Had a fantastic round at Newbury and Crookham. Played the course back to front (started on 10th, finished on 9th) which was a bit strange to start with. Great variety of holes. Only downside was having some rude comment from members of the course about our abilities.

Played the front 9 of this course a couple of times now. Overall a very enjoyable course to play, lots of challenging and interesting holes. However played after a particularly rainy few days and the greens struggled to cope with the water. Hoping to play again on a dry day!

The course itself was beautifully kept, the fairways and greens were in great condition, even at this time of year and with all the rain.

I just felt every hole was too similar to the previous ones, every time I got to a tee I found myself thinking "not another long, straight par 4."
