Course was in reasonably good condition, and allowing us to drive carts in fairways was very helpful and appreciated. On-course marshal was a bit pushy & rude. Understand the desire to maintain reasonable pace of play, but his desire to "keep everyone under 4 hours" isn't as important as the players' enjoyment of the round they paid to play.

Course was rough, but some of that attributable to recent weather conditions. Sand traps need improvement. Staff was very courteous & helpful....loved the on-course warm cookie delivery! Slow play, some of which was due to "cart path only" as a result of recent rains & poor drainage on course.

Chilly, breezy day & cart-path only due to wet conditions. So, a little slow, but still a very good value. Very enjoyable course layout and condition. Very courteous & friendly staff.

Greens and approaches are somewhat pocked and uneven. Lack of rain in past month no help.

Enjoy the challenging layout of all three nines, especially elevation changes. Course is in pretty good condition, especially considering too much rain, and getting caught in some if it. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Food/beverage prices are a bit high.

Course was in pretty good condition, thanks to considerable rain this year, but some greens & fairways were a bit weedy & patchy. I like the layout & tee offerings. Staff was friendly. Off course amenities were limited, but staff recommended a good local bar & grill just across road from the course. No onsite practice range.

Good layout for resort course, helped with positive pace of play. Most of course was in good condition, but sand traps (lots of them) need more sand & maintenance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable, particularly for time of year & location. Will definitely play it again, and recommend to others.

Course in good condition, and staff was friendly & helpful. Price was reasonable value for the area & time of year. Course layout is pretty good, but high-power lines running through course are obtrusive. Pace of play not quite up to standard, just under 5-hour round.

Course was in great condition. Behind schedule on tee times, due to frost in early morning, according to starter. May have been able to do better in catching up by 12:30 PM, our scheduled tee time. Turned into a beautiful day, but barely got in by sunset, and still a few groups on course behind us.

Major elevation changes on some holes. Makes for fun layout, but due to rain on prior days, cart-path-only led to somewhat tiring round of golf. Greens were in good shape, but some of tee boxes were completely bare and sand traps were ponds. Very friendly staff.

Love the layout & setting for this course. Amenities are very good, although what I would expect for prices. Have played the course a few times, but still having difficulty reading greens. Will definitely try it again.

Enjoyed the water holes as an alternative to Desert. Course in pretty good shape...a couple of greens a little rough around the edges & some traps need fresh sand. Staff very courteous & friendly.

Very much enjoy the layout of the course. Staff is very friendly & courteous. A bit pricey, especially for end-of-season condition....course needs some post-storm repairs. Wet, chilly day, but still had fun.

Staff was not very attentive when I arrived and up to start time. Not the friendliest bunch. Pace was a little slow, but not horrible...stacked up on two holes. Could use more water stations on course, with cups & ice, especially since I only saw the beverage cart once, and that was 13 holes into the round.

Course condition did not meet my expectations. Lots of bare dirt close to fairways. Greens in reasonably good shape & consistent. Staff was OK, but not as courteous as I typically encounter, particularly for my first time playing course. Beer available on course, but no hard liquor...not a problem, but not what I expected. Overall, mediocre value for price paid.

Good golf value at GolfNow fire-sale rate. Course in good condition & staff very friendly & helpful. Multiple tee options favorable. Challenging course.

First time playing Ocotillo. Course was in very good condition & staff was very courteous & helpful. Overall good value for cost. Play was a little slow. I look forward to playing Blue course next time.

Love the layout & course is in great condition....compliments to the groundskeepers. A little pricey, but not out of line for the quality of the course, location & high season in metro Phoenix.

After check-in, I noted that green fee charged was more than rate booked through GolfNow.com. I was a single player, so starter matched me up with a threesome, rather than twosome I was scheduled to start with. but that pushed back my start time by more than 45 minutes. Course was in fair condition, but not good...damaged areas were not marked off as "GUR" Overall value at the rate paid was below average.

Reasonable value, considering price paid. Friendly staff. Course in decent condition, but some damaged areas need attention. I'll play again, but not right away.
