Public Course
Very walkable. The greens were a little rough. Patchy in places. But they rolled nice. Pace of play was amazing. Played in 3.5 hours on a holiday morning. I would play again. In fact, I'm playing again on Thursday. Decent value for the money. Range balls are older than my Orlimar 3-metal.

Good condition for the amount of play this course gets
My buddy told me that this place was a goat ranch, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Basically you can hit it anywhere and not be in trouble. A sprayers paradise.
As the title suggests, the course is in nice condition considering the amount of play it gets. Never to be confused with a country club, it is a reasonably nice public course.
The beer was cheap. Which is a good thing.
