Some great views, and some very good holes. Unfortunately hurricane Micheal caused some havoc with tees ion back 9 which dampened the fun. Greens were not very good either.....
Otherwise might be worth a try.....

Burnt Pine is a must play if you are in the Sandestin area. The conditions were amazing, nice layout, and great pace of play! I played it as part of a Golf Advisor getaway trip organized by Mike Lowe. Great trip, met lots of great people and Mike was great!

Desert Dunes used to be a pretty good option in the Palm Springs area. Unfortunately they clearly are struggling to stay open. Tee boxes were awful, fairways sparse and greens poor. Otherwise it is still a pretty good layout. I would give this one a miss if considering it.

Escena is my go to course when I’m here in Palm Springs. It’s in good shape with a nice layout. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is due to lack of a range to warm up. Play it, you won’t be disappointed!

This was a great track with excellent conditions. Beautiful greens and fairways. Layout was outstanding. Got a great deal on golfnow Front 9 was a little slow but we whipped through back 9. Best course I have played in Phoenix area to date.

Course conditions were good but the layout of this course is sub par. There are better courses,to pay in the Phoenix area.

This is a great course if you are anywhere near Borrego Springs. The greens were as pure of a surface I have ever putted on. The fairways and rough were perfect. My only complaint were the bunkers. They were generally good but it appeared it had been some time that they had been raked up.
The only other thing you need to be careful if is wind conditions. It got so windy on back 9 it was almost unplayable. Check the weather and wind before you book. Otherwise this is a Jen of a course!

Desert Willow is one of my favorite desert tracks. Course was in fantastic shape and pace of play was Awesome! We teed off at 2:40 and finished by 7. Great layout and lots of different tees to match your skill. I'm a 7 and played the purple tees. 6600 yars. Shot 80 and enjoyed it very much! If you get a good twighliggt rate it is best deal in desert.
