Course was just recovering from snow storm however fairways, tee boxes and greens were all in excellent shape. Mike ( club pro) is super nice as are other staff members. Carts were understandably prohibited but they loaned us push carts for no charge.
This course is a blessing to the Denver golf community! Thanks for letting us play even though it could have been judged as premature and they could have kept the course closed. I’ll be returning as often as I can.

Deer Creek is in great shape. Best value in Denver. Course is long and challenging from the black tees. Greens are true and reasonable. Several long par 4’s which gave me a chance to use my new 3 wood. Starter and staff were friendly. Pace of play was excellent - nobody on the course Friday PM. Deer Creek is the best course for consistency - played here over 20 times now and always feel I got a great value. Never had any issues, never bored. I could pay three times more and drive three times further but why when Deer Creek is here. Thanks to the staff for making Deer Creek a beautiful place.

i was very pleasantly surprised at the beauty and layout of this course. Tight fairways, lots of hazards and bunkers - I used every club. I found the greens to be slow but in great shape with no bumps and true rolls. Loved the rugged cart path - gave the course an authentic mountain hike feel. Amused by the well integrated disc golf course snd sharing the space with those always cool folks.
Staff was super welcoming. Pace was unbroken - never had to wait to take a shot. I consider this course my new favorite and will definetly return asap. Thanks for this wondetful course!

Course in poor shape - #10 unplayable. Ground under repair / its a goat path right now. No way it should be priced at current levels. I’ll not be returning. Consider yourself forewarned - Wellshire is another City of Denver golf fiasco.

Best value around- course is in immaculate shape and getting better each time I play here. Staff is friendly and efficient. Practice facilities are small but terrific. I really want to thank the course staff, especially the grounds crew for making this course what it is now. Deer Creek is a great layout, even when its crowded the pace flows well - did not have to wait to take shots. I am so grateful and consider this my favorite go to course. Thanks Deer Creek staff! Also - a joy to see a coyote and all the birds. Perfect blend of mountains, wildlife and golf close by! Please do keep up the great work!

Putrid odors from standing water, needs mowing terribly. I'll pass on this course for at least a year.

I really like this course - its tough! Greens were in great shape - fast and true. Tee boxes were perfect. Very easy to card a 7 or 8 with any over shots of most greens. Lots of water, tight fairways and rough is a no mans land. My issue - the maintenance staff were running loud machines ( blowers) on every hole until I cleared them around the 12 hole. They did not turn off engines while waiting for golfers to pass. Very distracting in addition to the already loud roar of DFW flights. Not the course I would choose when seeking a peaceful respite.

This course is tight with lots of water. Also an interesting layout, not just straight holes. It's not the most groomed landscape ( at times I knew I was literally in a cow pasture), but there is a compensating feature of ruggedness to the course experience. Greens are reasonable and true but not the fastest around. Tee boxes are in good shape, although grass is high. The par threes are challenging in terms of accuracy and ability to get in real trouble. I'll be back.

I am now a fan of this course after playing it the 2nd time. I found the course quite challenging even though it is short. The greens and aprons are in great condition. Tee boxes are good and there are many levels to choose from. Having the dual greens truly made the holes feel different. Staff was really friendly and I owe Brandon a thanks for allowing me to play even though I was late on arrival.For the money, thius course is a great choice. I will be back and am happy to have another course to call one of my favorites.

The 9th/18th hole is really awesome for a view of Lake - as the fog rolled in I felt like I was playing in Scotland :). Also blessed with encountering the largest herring I have ever seen! Great course !

A very enjoyable gof experience - had the course to myself with 0 waits all day. Course was in decent shape - dry and many areas needing reseeding, but the fariways and greens were great. I found the course to be tight and challenging. If you have the time to make the drive out to his course, its one of the best values I have found. Pro Shop was well stocked and staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will be back.

What good is getting a discount when you can't finish out? Started the round at 2:30 with a strict admonishment from the starter that carts must be returned by 6PM. Well after 4 hours of slow playing, I had to forfeit playing 4 holes of the back 9 in order to get back before dark.
