Under new management, Rose Hill is in transition. A new clubhouse is under construction, so they are working out of trailers and parking is so what confusing and limited. The course currently suffers from winter conditions as well as ongoing efforts at improving sand traps, etc while not the greatest at present, the course offers good value and should be much improved by summer with completion of the current improvements.

At $37 per round, course is a great value for the Bluffton area. The layout is nice, not too difficult or long. People are friendly, pace was average for a resort area. Now, that being said, don't expect pristine conditions. The greens have some weeds which cause bumps and affect putts. Most sand traps need sand, some are disasters (crusted mud basically). Perhaps they should raise the price a little and put those funds toward fixing the glaring course issues. I had two high handicap beginners with me who were just fine with the course problems to save the money.

Have played many times at WCC over the years, has an interesting layout, course conditions are usually pretty good (although very average yesterday), and reasonable rates. Was sad to hear the course will close in April as the developer of the area wishes to build 95 or so additional homes on the land of the course. Really? Not enough open land in central Florida elsewhere? Told by employees the club is proftiable currently, feel bad this course is going away and bad for the neighborhood as well.

Have played here multiple times over the years. While the price has always been reasonable, I would rather pay more if the money went to keeping the cause conditions better. The tees have gotten in really bad shape, and more and more weeds seen in the rough and fairways. People are always nice, and as I said before price is always reasonable. Fun layout, not too difficult.

Played as a single in the afternoon. Course in good shape except using a temporary green on Par 3 8th hole. They have had trouble with thus green since course opened. Course is not particularly difficult but has several very interesting holes. For what they usually charge, can't really beat the value of Providence.

No facilities yet. Course is in great condition, greens are in excellent and true. Fairly easy layout, wide fairways and rough has not grown in yet. Lots of sand, very little water comes into play. Will definitely go back.

Tried to take advantage of a sunny day and play golf. Staff did warn us of wet conditions on the course, but had not planned on walking through mud on every hole - fairways and rough. Greens and tees were in excellent shape, but we stopped after 9 holes covered in mud and with soaked feet from walking through mud. Disney should probably close the course, as there were many areas totally destroyed by tractors/mowers attempting to get through the swampy conditions and are inflicting long term damage I fear,. We were given refund for the remaining 9 holes. Staff is always great there. Will be back after it dries out

Played around noon. Not crowded this time of year, two of us played in under 3 hours. Greens in really good shape, fairways are average. Not a lot of trouble on course, higher handicaps will like that. For the money couldn't ask for more

Always find Mystic Dunes challenging, with lots of bunkers and a very interesting layout. Today we visited for the first time in several months and found the greens to be in poor condition for the most part. Large portions of many greens are bare or dying, were rough and hard.
