Expected more

The golfers need to do a better job of fixing divots on the greens. They were pretty scarred up. That said, they rolled very nice. The course conditions left a lot to be desired. The Costa Mesa CC is really a muni course. Guess I expected more.

Average Joe needs to take better care of the bent greens. Course was in good shape and a stiff south wind made it a nice challenge. Also, the course made a few changes since I was last there. A pond in front of 10 green and several added/expanded bunkers were a nice improvement.
