Course has been pretty good for a while. Not fair to rate it today based on sandy greens from recently being aerated. Nice track when it's in good shape. I just wish there was a way they could inform you about aeration. I don't need to play that badly. That I can't wait for the greens to grow. Back. Otherwise cream ridge is decent value .

The best way to play gamblers so pace was great. Tee boxes choppy . Fairways shaggy. Greens not terrible. But that's March golf in nj. Staff are always great. Fun couple hrs for March. Wii be back when it warms up to check out the course. Not the best in March not the worst.

This course has been a beach for weeks.
The tee boxes are longer then the rough.
The fairways have very little grass. And the greens should be called the beige. The are covered with sand . Putting is impossible. It's just not fun. It's also not fun when you have people on the green fairway and tee at the same time. Good for beginners and high handicappers. Serious golfers need to find a real course.

Tee boxes a little beat up. Staring to show some burned up fairways, but the greens were very nice. Fantastic staff, cart girl was great. But the elephant in the room is always there. People who play golf once every 5 years holding up the whole course. And then there was the ketchup bottle in front of us this guy made a corpse look lively.but it's the same all over.
Anyhow nice day at cranberry.

The course was in pristine condition. I have nothing but praise from staff to greens being smooth and running true.

Mercer west was in really good shape.
Tee boxes and fairways good shape. Greens were smooth and rolled true.
Very windy day made the course play 3 club difference. But as usual the downside . Pace of play back to 9 minutes apart tee times and the place slows to a crawl. Otherwise a really nice day.

The greens if you want to call them that are concrete . With bare spots. Can't roll a putt to save your life.you can drop a ball from A plane and it won't make a ball mark. Pace of play brutal . At 16 minutes apart there shouldn't be any issues. Not here. If it takes you 10 shots to get on a par 4. Wouldn't you be better off and have more fun buying a bottle of vodka and hanging with your buds ? How is it fun? This games not cheap.why do people who suck continue to play? I just don't understand. It's really old. There gotta be a system where 75 handicappers can only play after 6 pm. The staff is friendly for what that's worth. Between horrid greens and waiting 15 minutes per shot I'm sorry the course can just be open for people who shot 176 for 18 holes.

Why don't courses have to tell you anymore when your booking that they are going to pour tons of sand on every green.? Super slow like putting on belmar beach. Atlantis needs a lawn mower . Tee boxes very high. Rough USA open hi. I wouldn't have minded the rough if the greens were normal. I wish I bought a pail and shovel I could have built a sand castle

Have played sm. Many times. Course following covid19 guidelines excellent. I must say I thought it was in pretty good shape. Greens ran true nice grass all around . Fast pace of play . Had a very enjoyable round

Last time I played here their were 3 greens missing. They have grown in nicely. The course is in fantastic shape . Very nice round. We were a twosome who the hooked up with another twosome. Everyone kept their distance. 4 golf carts per group very enjoyable round. Cream ridge is following the governor's rules to a tee. It makes it so nice when a course is doing the right thing . I want to concentrate on my game not worry about surviving. Kudos cream ridge keep up the great job!

Hanover is amazing shape for this time of year. The greens are excellent. Fairways and tee boxes are fine. Very enjoyable day great pace of play. And Kim makes a taste bloody Mary.

Who the h e double hockey sticks set up this course today????? The fairways were 3 inches thick no roll at all on drives . The greens were set up as if this was the Masters you couldn't hold the green under any circumstances. To make matters worse 16 0f 18 pins were set on the sides of slopes. You touch a putt and it rolled 25 feet past or back at you. I've never seen this course like this. I'm a 6 handicap and I barley broke 90 today. For the first time in a long Long time I didn't have fun on a golf course . It was like root canal. It was super slow out there also because of these conditions. We played behind 3 ketchup bottles it was brutal. If I wanted to play a tournament course I would do so. But if this floats your boat go for it. Bar was closed today.

Played here over the summer and there were several greens that were gone. They are making a comeback . Still not puttable it's as in the winter when courses put temp pins in the fairway. But it's NOT horrible it's only 3 so give yourself a par and move on. The front 9 is in fantastic shape . Greens were excellent. Tees were fine . Fairways really good for this time of year. Pace of play today was marvelous. .. very happy as I like playing here once a week . Cream ridge deserves a ton of credit. They could have thrown in the towel when things go bad as some courses do but they didn't. They are fixing things and maintaining others wonderfully. Great job!!!

As late in the season as it is this place was in remarkable condition. I guess people who leave bad reviews don't play alot of different courses. I play all over NJ and out of state and this place is great. The layout is fun , many interesting holes. The pace of play stunning, 345 for a foursome of shall I say not world beaters. Yes the bunkers have lots of rocks. I think it adds to the charm of the course. If you don't want to ruin your club move them. This not a tournament. Fairways have alot of divots because 95% of golfers dont fix them. The carts have dirt and seeding and it takes 5 seconds but these are they type of people that play this game. Same with ball marks on greens. How do you blame that on the course? This course has real grass in the fairways. Greens that are smooth. I didn't notice any tee box issues as some have said. Go on golf now and start playing some of the $20 special courses then get back to me. You will be doing whatever you can to get back to twisted dunes.

when you play gamblers you know ahead of time what the deal is. for the price point of this course, it is hackers paradise. but you know that going in. you also know the fairways will be beat up. the greens will be slow as the coffin dodgers on the course. the pace of play will make you feel as if your going backward. etc etc. it's ok for what it is. just make sure you know that going in.

Played this course last week . It was in pretty good shape. WHAT HAPPENED? At least 5 greens gone in a week!!! Yes GONE!!! No grass just hard dirt. The fact you can even charge a person to play here is comical.
Talked to greens keeper he told me some insect ate the greens . Just great. What's the rate for 14 holes? Many others were on their way out so by next week their might only be 8 greens left. To make it worse they are holding a children's day camp at the course . Couldn't even play the first hole 50 kids on the green while I'm in the fairway. So maybe that green was gone also. Played here once a week all year now it's over till next year I guess. It's sad cream ridge is now a greenless pre school.

First time playing here. Staff very nice. Not the course's fault but as a single I was hooked up with 3 duffer's. It takes away from the day but you try to play thru it. Many interesting holes that I enjoyed. Greens and fairways good condition. Tee boxes average. But again my main problem with almost every golf course . PACE OF PLAY. 2 groups in front of us laying 9 on the front edge of the green almost every hole including par 3's. There has to be a mercy rule in golf like girls softball. After 7 strokes pick it up for heaven's sake. One guy I saw , I swear he had to know George Washington personally Holly smokes. But that being said . I shot 75 from the middle tees and will be back again sometime as I did enjoy the holes.

The east course is really nice. Many interesting holes. Tee boxes , fairways and greens in excellent shape. It was blazing hot out today but cart girls and water every so often kept us well hydrated. Only problem today was the same problem at every course. Pace of play. And why do you never see a ranger on the course EVER!. Twosome in front of us. No idea about golf etiquette. Playing from white tees when they hit nothing but grounders and 100 yard drives. They should be playing. Red tees. How is this game fun when you can't hit a green until your 7 th shot? Please take up tennis. I can't stand as many others can't waiting 10 to 15 minutes a hole for crummy golfers who don't even try to play quickly. That being said I love this course and hope it's better next time.
