Paid for 18 with cart it started to pour down rain. Went to clubhouse and said they would give a rain check. Just grapped the rain check and left. Called the course made a tee times . When I arrived they told me I was only getting 9 holes. They told me I had to pay for nine holes. So they were going to charge me 39 more dollars and with what I already paid it would have put me around 90 dollars more than it would cost me to just pay and play 28 called golf now and they did great gave me a total refund. As far as the staff at palmetto pines I think they have poor customer service and were Olay thinking about the almighty dollar. So I would say stay away from this course customer service should be number one concern and for them it’s the last.

Played On 03/23/2018This course has a jerk in the clubhouse
Will never play this course a jerk of a person came on the course and got rude with our group we were 5 minutes ahead of our pace and this jerk came out to say something about us retrieving our golf balls from the lakes said he had divers get them like he owns the balls. I had three people from foreign countries and they were shocked how rude this jerk was there are to many other courses in the area to play where you get treated with respect
Unfortunately when customers make calls to the golf shop with complaints about slow play and players in front of them BALL HAWKING , We do have to address those customer concerns. We do not recall speaking to anyone other than the individual who was walking the lakes and delaying the players behind your group. We are disappointed that you would single out an individual by name calling and hope you will consider being a little nicer in the future.

The staff is rude as can be. You couldn’t pay me to play this course again. I will make it a point to tell everybody I come in contact with to stay awa from here. I played wit thre others who are from other countries and they were horrified at the way one of the staff treated us on the course made me embarrassed to call my self an America’s I explained to them that not all Americans were like that. Again thier are plenty of other courses in the area to play. Stay away from this course.

Hello, Mike. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at the course. As far as the raincheck goes, sounds like you prepaid for a Hot Deal on GolfNow. When this is the case, no money is paid to the pro-shop so there is no money that is owed back from the course. You may have booked other course times through GolfNow and that is why you were able to obtain a course raincheck.
