The fairways are full of weeds and empty spots. The greens were mixed some ok and some terrible. It took us 3hrs to play 9 holes. We waited between 10 - 20 minutes per hole. After 9 holes we requested our money back because we could not play all 18. The pro shop was willing to refund our full amount but could not since we booked thru golfnow.. He did refund our $30 cart fee. I think golfnow needs to refund my $118 because according to pro shop golfnow double booked tee times and created the problem. Please credit my credit card the $118 . Thanks BB

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at the course. Our goal is to keep the pace of play running smoothly and to never have it too backed up. As far as the raincheck goes, sounds like you prepaid for a Hot Deal on GolfNow. When this is the case, no money is paid to the pro-shop so there is no money that is owed back from the course. If you call GolfNow, they would be happy to rectify the situation. We hope this clears any confusion up and we hope you give us another try in the future.
