Had an enjoyable round of golf today. Only bummer was we could not have our mown cart. We had to wear masks in the pro shop but were forced to use 1 cart for 2 players? Does not make sense.

Back to Oakmont after all the changes. Played Sugarloaf ( East) Overall the course was in poor shape. T-boxes dry. no grass. Greens with grass missing. Fairways that were lumpy and needed to be cut. Only paid $25.00 otherwise this review would have been harsher.

We arrived, checked in, and the guy in the shop walked out and put us in the same cart. I said we are supposed to have separate carts. The guy says one cart or walk, we are low on carts. There were 6 carts ready to go. Also the group in front of us had two serious regulars and two newbies ( one newbies T-shot landed in the opposite fairway.. can’t a few qualifying questions be ask so the type of combo can be avoided. At the turn they separated and the newbies let us play thru. Otherwise it would have been ugly.

Great weather, good friends, and the course was in great shape.

The course is getting played out and in areas it is worn down. The course needs water is alot of areas. Overall it was a good round of golf.

There are areas that are parched and brown. Needs a little water

Tough challenging course.

Caution: This is the first time I made a tee time thru Golf Now when golf carts WERE NOT included in the cost of the round. Why I do not know.... the pro shop came thru for us by not charging us for carts. This is not a course to walk, don’t know the thinking behind not including a cart...

Perfect day for golf but the pace of play on the back 9 was slow. We had a 3 4 some back-up at # 13.

Might have been the pool party at 14 with the thong clad coed, maybe............

A little slow play, had 3 rookies in front hitting from the blues☹️
