In the military we called it a cluster &?!*. No mention of an outing which was jammed up at multiple holes. Starter allowed multiple people to go out before their actual tee times in front of us. Most of the EEs were not friendly. Had to stop after nine due to outing backup on #10. Approx 3 hours for 9 holes.

Nice layout. Many fairways and greens in poor condition. Pace of play slow and no marshal intervention. If you have a large group go off in the morning you should make sure everyone knows to move along so later tee times are not impacted significantly.

Great day of golf from start to finish. Thanks again to members Mark and Sally for making it a really enjoyable experience.

Overall course condition average to good. Nice views and the greens were in great shape. Fairways and approach areas need some work.

Spent less at the Phoenician and Boulders with better layouts and conditions. Fun to play but lacking in terms of strategic approach and overall condition. Great bones with potential.

Overall experience was awesome. A bit slow but playing as a twosome with twosome, single and foursomes in front.

Expected a bit more given the cost and reputation. Course needs some work and some views off of the course dampened the overall experience.
