Great conditions, slow pace
Great course and well maintained. Be prepared for a slow pace and maxed out pairings of up to 5 with little chance of playing through on the weekends.

Improving
Course is improving. Greens recently punched but recovering well. Course improvement is slow but coming along nicely. You get what you pay for and they are priced fairly for what they offer.
