Layout is good, not great. Pace of play very good. Greens were quick and fairways pretty hard given the will close Monday for overseed. The attention to details is not there and fringe areas not well kept. Course had to drinking after and this was an issue. Overall, fun track and would play again

Great muni. Pace of play, excellent. Greens were very good. Always a challenge to read them. Some bare spots in the fairway and a few to many weeds but very good for August

Staff is wonderful and friendly. New carts are nice. Layout is average and the greens in good shape. The course conditioning;, fairways, bunkers and cart paths need attention. Pace was excellent. Wouldn’t take much to improve the playing conditions

Haven't played here in a few months. They just keep improving this great course. Greens were excellent, new sand in bunkers and played in 4 hours. Great day!!

The course is always in very good shape and today was no exception. Greens rolling about 8. Pace under 4 hours and the only issue was bunkers. Need more sand. Always love playing here and never disappointed

Course is a challenge for sure. Fairways in good shape, greens are transitional and in fair shape. Views are second to none.

This course has improved every year. Greens were excellent. Only complaint, couple of goofy jokes on the bac 9 with blind shots. Overall, excellent track

Great layout and excellent staff. Course not ready for prime time. Greens were very slow and fairways long and shaggy. The water needs to be adjusted so bunkers aren't all muddy. Love the last 4 holes. Played in 4 hours

Great facility and super staff. Greens were excellent for this time of year. Can't say the same for the fairways. They were over watered and in need of a mowing. Play here alot and love the improvements

Pace was good and the greens rolled ok but not real smooth. Bunkers are not good at all and need attention badly, add sand. Typical muni with fringe areas hard and not well cared for. Nice staff and Marshall was effective

Haven't played here in years. I did see an improvement in the condition of the course. Greens were in good shape as were most of the bunkers. Still a lot of hard pan and the fairways are not always soft. Overall, worth the money and the staff was excellent

The course was very wet from the recent rain so no carts. Even with all the rain the greens were very quick and obviously very respective. Pace was under 4 hours. Only issue would be the bunks which need more sand. Fun course to play

I play here a few times a year given the drive from Chandler. Outstanding layout, conditioning and over all feeling. This ranks in my Top 5 courses to play in the valley. Truly a first class operation and I would tell you play it whenever you get a chance. Wow factor is a 10+

Greens were in very good shape as was the entire golf course. Only issue, a few bunkers a little crusty. Great layout out and lots of water to keep your attention. Good track!
