If the course had less grass there wouldn't be any greens. I understand it closed and became overgrown but it needs a lot of work. Basicly no grass on the tee boxes and fairways might be 40% grassed and greens they receive the ball good but are very bumpy. I do say the layout of the course would be great if conditions were better.

Made a tee time as a twosome and was paired up at course, that works because it was quite busy and would have been waiting to play shot otherwise. My wife and I play together frequently and are both 65 and older and the course was very challenging for her, luckily for me I can still hit a decent drive so playing from the whites with the younger guys we were paired with was still playable. The only issue I had if you not in the fairway you will very likely be hitting from a bare spot.

Needs some work but has a good layout. Rough teeboxes and so-so greens. With some work the course could be very good.

Fun to play but could use ranger to speed up slow golfers.
