Fun track with a nice variety of holes. Sadly 10 of 18 greens were bald from fungus infestation. 4 greens had some grass and the remaining 4 greens were about 50 percent covered. None were really puttable. I don't think the greens can be saved.

Nice well maintained Florida parkland course where water is not the on l y hazard. Interesting greens and green surrounds that needed a haircut. If the green speeds had been faster the course would receive a higher rating.

Wonderful course in excellent condition. As good or better condition than my private club in Florida for a faction of the cost. Wanders through wetlands and forests along the Flint River houses never intrude on the golf. Excellent shot values, challenging driving holes, interesting green complexes. Would be a bear if the greens were a little faster. Tons of fun to play! Will be back on my next trip to Albany.

Great overall experience. Beautiful peaceful track. Walked with cart finished in 1:30. Over seeded greens were a little furry so putting was a challenge. Excellent practice facility.
