Uneven tee boxes, patchy dead greens and waiting 3 groups deep on every hole. Wasn’t worth the money this day…

Was excited to play this course for the first time and was really let down by the terrible shape of the greens, uneven tee boxes and sloppy conditions overall (after all it barely rains in Arizona). I can see the potential greatness of the course, but it was not in great shape on this day. My passing partners said I should revisit in April as it would be in better shape… for the money, it should have already been in perfect shape, I will be hesitant to go back when I can play courses for half the price in better condition

Course was in fair to below average shape for all the hype in the reviews, lots of bunkers with rocks and no sand, one fairway has bark in one half of it and almost half the holes were blind shots with a GPS in the cart that couldn’t find the hole. I drove over an hour and a half to play “one of the top courses in the state”. I wouldn’t play again if I lived next door. I will say, the greens were nice and rolled pretty good though. There’s my positive.

I love this course, but the greens were absolutely terrible. Not worth in season money to play, would normally recommend this course but not at this time, maybe next year if they can figure out how to bring the greens back to life. All greens were dead and not able to actually play on despite what some amateur golfer reviews might tell you.

This course is in the worse shape I have seen it in the 3 years I have been playing it. The greens are completely destroyed and for an above average putter, this just takes about 50% of my game away. The course always has lots of dirt areas but not it seems to be creeping into the fairways. The staff is friendly but the condition of the course doesn't warrant the gas I spent to get to the course. Very disappointed because it is a fun layout for an above average to average golfer.

I play this course usually 3-4 times a year when I want an inexpensive round of golf at an average at best course. That being said, this course isn't worth paying money to play in its current condition, the greens are the worst I have seen in my 25+ years of golfing, the dirt is expanding into the fairways and tee boxes are uneven. Overall the course allowed me to practice hitting out of dirt, being accurate off the tee and nothing else as the condition of the course is just awful. The staff is friendly although they did under sell the condition of the course, save your money, putt putt is more valuable to your golf game than this course right now.

I have played this course several times but the conditions only keep getting worse. Greens are half dead, fairways are in shambles and the neighborhood literally beings their animals onto the course to do their business while you try to make a birdie putt on a green that looks like it has been through a meteor shower. Not worth the price especially in prime season, I might pay $10 to play this course, anymore would be a rip off!
