Pace of play was very fast due no one their which I shouldn’t because it was in bad shape,fastest greens in Texas due to no grass mangement blame previous owner fot the rough conditions, but it was great when they took over

A little challageing if you don't know the course
About 4 of the greens where a little patchy do to not all the grass not being filled in yet but over all the rest and fairways in excellent condition. Pair up with couple of members and was told it was under new owers and was in a lot better shape then last year.good pace beside the foursome in front of taking a few xtra shots knowing that we where waiting on them.Great price for a Thursday and 18 $
