Pace of play great on the back side (our front) -
1 1/2 hours. Slowed after that but not too bad.
Course was in decent condition. Overall good for winter play without spending $$$$.

Mostly a good experience - good layout, wide fairways and good undulating greens. Our 3 some was bumped to a 5 some, which we weren’t happy about, however the young fellows who were added were a pleasure and we all had a fun round. On the downside our tee time of 7:52 on the back side and the first few holes directly into the rising sun was brutal.

Expected much more from this course - first time I played here and very disappointed - fairways and greens hard and seemed iunwatered. Greens wouldn't hold any approach shots. Very frustrating.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your round. We are in transition and you'll start to see more green as the Bermuda grass comes back from being dormant all winter. To get technical, the heat brings it back alive and kills off the rye grass.
Most courses in the Valley will be pretty firm right now, and once the new grass takes, we'll be able to aerify and alleviate that compaction which is creating a firmer, links style feel to the course - which we think can be kinda cool!
