One of 3 municipal courses in Manatee County and probably the most challenging. I have enjoyed playing this course over the past 30 years and still enjoy playing here.If you break 90 you’re totally happy.

Staff was totally friendly and joined three other people to make a foursome.We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the round. I have been playing Buffalo Creek for the past 30 years and have enjoyed every round of golf as the course has always been great.

I’ve played this course before many times and I have always enjoyed the challenge.The condition of the course is good for a muni and the pace of play is good. I can’t complain about anything at Buffalo .Creek

Ever since the county decided to put money into the course,this place has turned around like you wouldn’t believe.It’s in super condition.

This course is the type of course that you play if all other courses in the area are unavailable and you are totally hardup to simply take a walk on dirt and imagine grass under foot. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

I’ve been playing this course for many years and I have never been disappointed with anything.The grounds have always been maintained well and the pace of play has always been good.I will continue to play here with a big smile on my face.

I have played several Cornish designed courses and this one has lived up to the same standard that all the rest have achieved;excellent! The only problem I found was that the greens were a little slow.Outside of that,the course was in perfect condition. I can’t wait to play this one again.

If you want a challenge and you want to play a really fun course then you’ll totally enjoy playing River Run.

For the money you can’t beat this course.The layout is fabulous and challenging.

If you are looking to practice your irons,you’ve found the right place.The greens are in great shape and put at medium speed. I always enjoy a round at this course.

Layout is great and the greens are in excellent condition. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to enjoy a day at the links.

This course was not in good shape for the past few years but,evidently, the county must have hired a new superintendent because this course is now in the best condition I have ever seen.

For little golf course you can’t beat this one.The place is plush.

The course was in deplorable condition.The greens were spotty at best with much sand covering the entire green on every hole.The course was completely dried out. I’ve played this course many times before but never have I seen it look so bad.

The course is much improved over the last few years but there is still room for improvement.the greens roll somewhat true.The fairways are in fair condition.Overall,I would rate this course as good.
