First time playing the course. The layout is interesting and challenging. Plenty of water and hazards. The course needs a strategically approach. Power and distance could backfire. Unfortunately, the course conditions are quite bad. Very dry and poorly maintained greens....fixing these issues could substantially improve the course and make the experience really enjoyable.

Positively surprized. Course in good conditions and challenging layout. Pace of play could be better though. On a busy day "double" playing must be avoided..

Short term booking and happy to get a tea time. Course layout interesting and conditions were fair considering it has been raining days ahead of playing.

Returned to play the Biltmore after a while with a friend visiting from Europe. The excitement and expectations were quite high, since the Biltmore's reputation and history promised to offer us a fantastic golfing day. Unfortunately our enthusiasm was muted on the first tee when we saw the poor conditions of the golf course....Most likely the worst one I've ever seen in Florida.....
