The guys at the club house are very helpful and welcoming to the course

The guy Tom ( Believe that’s his name African American ) is very unprofessional. I had a tee time at 2pm played the first nine. I had 2 foursomes Ahead of me so decided to play the front nine again. As I was on hole 1 Tom shows up with a group of fo 4. He asked what I was doing and said to not go let him go first he didn’t have time to wait for me even though I was a single and he was a foursome and proceeded to tell me that’s not how things work and stayed he is very important at the golf course.
Obviously he had given himself an important identity perhaps he has low self esteem since I been playing here almost same time for 3 years and never experienced such a poor mentality person, every person I encountered here before has been very professional and welcoming, no insecurity of who they represent in Sundance, hopefully he finds other things to do where he can get the security he lacks to have.
I will continue to be here every Saturday, since one suckers poor mentality cant prevent me from enjoying the other people who works here since they know I probably am one of their most loyal customers.

My only sugestion is, Close the course or get a better Manager.

Course is always well maintained, awesome customer service and very helpful.
Every time I play here I get treated very well by the staff, no hassle or any type of problem to book a tee or get me out to play a round.

Poor management, in the past I have been asked if I paid or if I have checked in at the club house, very disrespectful woman who I tought she was just an employee but recently I noticed she is the manager. Very worry about customers paying than worry about the course condition.
Yesterday the tee box was very dirty and noticeably neglected with long grass and trash overflowing at 11am, probably trash from the day before, most of the golf ball cleaners are broken.

Very neglected, seems like it will be closed soon since maintenance and care is not noticeable, might be poor management or simply careless from the stuff, the lakes are the only ones who get some attention here.
