I've played BH several times over the last few years and its never been anything but a great experience. The course is short-ish and most holes have berms that slope back to the fairway (separating the adjacent holes) that really help errant tee shots roll back down into/close to the fairway. The staff here have always been excellent and make the experience enjoyable. The par 5s can all be reached in regulation and if you play from the proper tees for your length here you should have no trouble putting up a good score. The signature par 3 15th is a nice looking island green with the clubhouse/restaurant in the back. Views on the this course are second to none, with Mandalay Bay/Luxor/ MGM Grand often visible in the distance. As others have mentioned if you're the type who needs absolute quiet to golf this course probably isn't for you as its right under Mccarran's flight path. The only thing I wish I could change would be if they had a real range as opposed to the hitting area that currently exists, but I get that space is at a premium and that isn't really possible. Overall I love this course and try to play here on every trip to Vegas

Given that its a zillion degrees out its not exactly busy golf season in Mexico, so other than a twosome who went out 30 mins before me, the grounds staff working on a few holes and the beverage cart operator I didn't see another person for 4 hours, which made for a peaceful and relaxing round. The course is in great shape as are the greens. This course is fun but not too challenging, with lots of room to miss and rough that is only a bit longer than the fairway, so isn't too punishing if you do end up somewhere you don't want to be. There is some water on a few holes but it isn't a big factor on most. Overall I'd say its ideal "vacation golf" in that the course is pretty & in great shape but when you go back to your hotel you aren't totally beat up and you feel pretty darn good about yourself. Rental clubs are TM Aeroburner or for a few bucks more 2017 TM M2. Curiously there was no sand or lob wedge in the M2 set, which for $75 USD I would have expected, but this is a minor gripe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the range and other facilities were nice too. As another reviewer mentioned yardage signs on the range would be helpful. Overall I had a great day and would return without hesitation

New Favourite in Vegas

I had a great round here back in February. The course was in fantastic condition considering it was dead of winter. Unlike many Vegas courses they seem to spray paint the rough so the course looks like its in mid season form even when the grass is dead and brittle. The water features were interesting and scenic and the variety of holes was perfect. I don't remember exactly what we paid but I believe it was only around $50 or so, which is an incredible deal for a course of this calibre in a tourist city like Vegas. I will definitely return every future golf trip to Vegas. My only gripe was that they closed the range at I believe 12pm for some reason, leaving us standing around doing nothing as we had shown up early to hit balls for an hour or so before our tee time. No advance notice was given, just "hey thats it range is closed", which was frustrating as neither myself nor my partner had hit a golf ball in several months and we were looking forward to trying to get our swings back prior to the round.
