Knowing the city of Tulsa does not put money into the course , Billy Casper Golf does an excellent job keeping the course playable and in good shape. There are 1 or 2 greens that have damage caused by a mole , but they have the greens in playable condition. The staff always speak to you and answers your questions to the best of their knowledge. I would recommend playing this course to anybody.

It was a hot day and going to get hotter as the day progressed. I checked in early and they I could tee off as soon as I got ready. I asked them if they had drinking water on the course ,which they said about every fourth hole there was cold water and at the end of 9 there was the clubhouse. the course was in good shape and they was keeping a close eye on the greens to make sure they was ok. I enjoyed my outing that day and I would recommend this course to anybody.

The course is in good shape and the staff is friendly and helpful. I never noticed it before when I played this course ,but they only have 2 drinking fountains on the front holes and a drinking fountain by number 17 tee box, which is the only one with cold water. The day I played the temperature was around 100 and when it is that hot you need to drink a lot of water. On this course you play 1-13 then you are back at the club house. When I got to the clubhouse I was hot and extremely thirsty. The lady running the grill helped to revive me and prepared me for the last few holes by giving me a cold cloth, ice water and water to keep cloth cold. I cannot recommend playing this course in the summer time when it is this hot until they get more cold drinking on the course. Most people that play this course are on vacation ,so what kind of vacation would they have if they overheated one day?

I have always liked this course . My only complaint about this course is that it does not have any drinking water on the course for the golfers. I have talked to the staff about it and talked to people at city hall and they still do not have drinking water. Oh they are running a beverage cart now , but that shows me they are more interested in the dollar than the golfers. When they get drinking water ,I will play it more frequently . Until that happens I will play it once a year and continue to tell people about this situation.

I liked the course, but it is a course that you have to play twice to really enjoy it . It has some holes that you need to know where to hit to have a second shot. I enjoyed the staff and the course and look forward to playing it again.
