Vaaler Creek is a great place to experience really good Texas hill country golf. The course is in great shape, but it can be a bit crowded Friday - Saturdays. I think the weekend fees are a bit on the high side, but I always have a good experience here and look forward to going back. A really fun place to play golf.

Landa park is a nice little golf course in New Braunfels. It was quite busy, but the pace of play was well managed and pleasant. This is a short golf course with lots of places to take advantage. The greens were a bit rough in spots, but overall I believe the golf course is in good condition. Scenic in places with many views of the gorgeous river meandering through the property. Lots and lots of deer. Something for everyone. A nice experience, and a good value. ***Although they are missing one thing, a practice range. Don’t expect to hit balls prior to your round. Practice green and bunkers were in excellent condition.***
