Course was in excellent shape. Pace of play was great.

Greens were being replaced. Makeshift greens were satisfactory for what they were. Always a pleasant golfing experience.

Greens were stripped and putts did not role true, particularly around the hole. Fairways and roughs were cut to a good length. Bunkers had sufficient sand in them. Challenging but fair pin placements.

The friendliness of the entire staff is second to none. Pace of play was slowed by cart path only conditions. Love the layout - challenging but fair. Will continue to make the 76 mile drive to play this course. Greens were a bit slow but rolled true.

Can not give review because I was unable to play due to weather. Can confirm that heavy rains prevented play at 1:20 PM which was my t time. Excellent rating is based on visual of course.

Back nine was mots challenging. Would love to play again since this was my first time. Course knowledge would go a long way in course management.

Course in wonderful shape. Greens rolling true. Fairways were outstanding.

The greens on Chester not as good as those on Vintage. There were some extremely thin spots on them. The fairways were great.

The greens were not in the best of shape, especially on the front nine. They were bare and crusty in some places. A new clubhouse is under construction which will to the off-course amenities. An on course would ranger will help in moving slow groups along.

Greens were in perfect condition, rolled true. Always enjoy the layout particular since they have gone back to starting on the original front side.

Took over 4 1/2 hours for my twosome to play a round due to slow play in front of us (played the front 9 in an hour and a half). A ranger would be helpful.

First time playing this course. It was challenging but fair. Water can sneak up on you; not knowing the course. Greens had been punched and there was some dried out areas which made putting a bit tricky.

The layout of the course was challenging but fair. I had to think my way around the course. Fairways were in excellent condition, however the greens were wooly, brown in some areas and slow.

The fairways were supreme. The greens were a bit slow. An overall great experience. I will continue to make the drive to play this hidden gem.

Organized staff that knows how to run a golf course. A course to be played with course management skills being paramount.
