Torres Blancas Golf Club
Played On 03/20/2019Good Layout with Great potential
Greens and fairways best I’ve ever seen, bunkers much improved, rough was dormant. Trees and hole surrounds need some pruning& grooming.

SaddleBrooke Ranch Golf Club
Played On 03/22/2014Golfer Friendly
Nice greens, traps raked well, Fairways were quite wide for a desert course. Easier to keep ball in play than most Sonoran golf courses. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Would play this course any Time. Rough needs to mature. Green con tours were very fair.
del Lago Golf Club
Played On 02/17/2014Excellent desert course
Course in great condition for winter season .Par is defended vigorously at the greens, many contours, Deep bunkers, desert nearby. Premium on accurate driving.
San Pedro Golf Course
Played On 02/15/2014Great Potenial
Great greens. Fairways were thick with grass. Rough and tees require manicuring and more development to get afive star rating. Cudos to superintendent, doing a great job with greens and fairways.
Country Club of Green Valley

Kino Springs Golf Course
Played On 02/11/2014Gem in the Desert
Best greens s of Tucson. Putting was very true. Staff very friendly. Two courses in one, flat meadowlands and curving elevated canyon, really neat.
Rio Rico Golf Club
Played On 3/26/2013Good Robert Trent Jones layout, but needs extensive regrow in fairways & greens
IT'S ALL THERE, but needs to be brought back to what Robert Trent Jones had intended. i.. Re-seeding is needed in many spots. Some greens have lost their original shape and need to be brought back (ie.Nos. 7&9) and green surrounds need to be developed to improve the pitching game. Ladies tees are really in need of a lot of work. This might sound too critical ,but if my suggestions are done, this course would be a 5 star course.
Quail Creek Golf Club - Coyote/Road Runner Course
Played On 3/23/2013Course is well maintained with many great vistas.
Enjoyed the course, It was well maintained. The Quail 9 was easier than the Coyote 9, Coyote defends par on the greens with some severe undulations. Pin placement can turn a docile green into a real Tiger.
Tubac Golf Resort - Rancho/Otero
Played On 3/20/2013Very nice course, well maintained, greens in good shape.
We teed off 45min. late, but were able to get 18 in because the other twosome dropped out. Thoroughly enjoyed the course, extremely well maintained in a difficult climate. Did notice that someone likes to put trees in front of a few greens, these should be removed which would improve the green aesthetics and playability.
