The Greens are good. The course is dried out so you get good roll but the fringes are not in good shape and the GPS system will make you back off the par 3's even thou they are in desert condition.

Great Shape , greens are tricky to read and speed is on the fast side,

If you dont have 4 hours to play a regular standard track , this is a good alternative. Work on your short game. Greens are in excellant condition. Want a little excercise, walk the course.

Despite the cold front and gusty winds, the course is in very good shape even after dealing with Ian. Greens are moderately fast in in great condition.

Given Hurricane Ian did quite a bit of Tree Damage, the course is in good shape and past scratchy fairways are mostly repaired. Greens are excellent.

This is a great short track in excellent condition BUT, waiting almost an hour for a riding cart because of a shortage of available carts and NOT being told in advance is NOT GOOD. Given the short days now and only completing 13 holes when paying for 18 and driving 25 miles is unacceptable.

Generally this course gets a lot of play and can be slow. Its in excellent shape. Greens are top notch on the moderate to slow side. I played on a Friday afternoon at 2 PM and for some reason it was wide open. A 3 hour round unheard of here.

This year because of liimited play this course conditions were much bettter than in the past. Greens are in tip top shape and on the fast side. Fairways were very good even thou do to hot weather a little dry in spots. Other than the odd Number 3 hole, its an excellent layout Very friendly staff. Worth the drive.
