Cotton Fields Golf Club, The
Played On 03/21/2021Greens in bad shape
Paid $33 on a Sunday.
Weeds on more greens than weren’t.
Sandy patches on some greens. Burned out.
Tee boxes were more dirt than grass.
Not a single bunker was sand.
It was just dirt and weeds overgrown.
Don’t let the on-line pics fool you like they did me.
Only good thing about the round was the group I was paired with. Good people.

This course is a fun course to play. With some tight tee shots, small greens and dangerous approaches, this course will keep you entertained. It only plays about 6400 from the tips but it’s all you can handle if you don’t hit the fairways and greens.
Best public course in the Cartersville/Dallas, GA area that won’t break the bank. If you come out once, you’ll come out many more times.

Played here during our stay on the property.

Was able to go to another course on property to hit driver without any issue.
Staff was extremely friendly.
Lots of water on back nine so be prepared.
Lots of fun.

Greens improved considerably over the past few years.
Tight course but not very long.
14 is crazy tough, long par 4.
Trouble on holes 4, 11 and 16. Beware.
Chateau Elan Golf Club - Chateau Course

Challenging course.
It was well set up but the only issues were the greens not being to the degree I would expect for this premiere course.
Some holes were very picturesque.
Water available at almost every other hole which was needed on such a hot day of 95 degrees.
The beverages sold by cart associate were over-priced at $3.50 for a basic, non-premium, beer.
I would play this course again for the right price like I received on this day.
Indian Pines Golf Course
Played On 06/06/2015Good course for the price I paid.
I got a $18+fees time at 11:30 on a Saturday.
It was worth the money.
Greens were in OK condition.
Course was challenging in some places for the short length of 6200.
Greens were tough to hit on some holes due to size.
Overall I would play there again if the deal was right.

Initially we were bummed out find it the cart strap for the bag was broken. But as we drove through and hit about the whole seven we came across a graveyard did golf carts. We drove on and continue not around and past several groups of golfers curing their clubs to from hole to hole. Several attempts were made to contact the pro shop with no luck. I had to stop my round and give an older gentleman a ride to the clubhouse to track down another golf cart. Round was inexpensive. So I guess you Get what you pay for.
