Baywood Greens
Played On 09/24/2015Superb
Beautiful layout. Two different looks on nines. Place is definitely a treat. Pace was perfect as I played as a single behind fastest foursome ever. 3 hours and 50 min for round. Perfect course conditions, beautifully manicured. Greens were a little slow but it's end of season and they still were in good condition. Bunkers were perfect. Can't wait to revisit this one. Very well marshalled too. This is a Delaware must play.
Pilgrim's Oak Golf Course
Played On 09/22/2015What a hidden gem
Course conditions are excellent. Great fairways and awesome greens..... Surprisingly greens a little slow.... But so undulating that you don't mind them being slow... Tee boxes were a little beat up and most were aerated. Never the less this course is beautiful. Do not just pull driver out and go... Think about each shot first or you will not like your results. Smart golf. Only downfall is no Ranger so pace gets a lil wacky and literally people jumping around to different holes.... Ranger needs to get a handle on this.

This course is amazing... Its loaded with waste bunkers which are a lot easier to hit out of then bunkers. The layout and visual on the holes are great. Challenging course but not crazy. As always middle of Fairway drives and you can score well. If you have never played the course I recommend using a GPS that has targets or a yardage book... There are quite a few holes where you can play smart and leave driver in the bag and also score well. Fantastic shape and greens were speedy. I can't really give an actual fair rating for pace as it was cart path only due to rain previous day but still enjoyed this 5hr round. I actually like this course better then Caledonia. It's all a matter of preference though as they both are beauty's. Can't wait to play again.
Caledonia Golf & Fish Club

This is an unbelievable course.. Just a gem and I can tell why it's the #1 course in Myrtle Beach. It's a true gem. Great holes and well laid out. Challenging greens and approach shots. Can't wait to come back. Only complaint was the sand traps were hard and compacted wet sand.... This place is to special to have bunkers like that... I know it got a lot of rain but courses much lower tiered then this have great bunkers so Caledonia so definitely have great bunkers. Other then that this course is world class.
TPC Myrtle Beach
Played On 08/25/2015Nice track
This is home of Dustin Johnson. Course was in great condition... Greens were maybe aerated 2 months prior and we're speedy. Awesome clubhouse and staff welcomes you with open arms and makes you want to come back.... Challenging track.... Keep it out of the trees and if u want to score well. My one complaint is the pace..... They like most other courses double book and send people out on #1 and #10.... And i tend to disagree with that.... Tee time was at 7:30 and paired with another single we zoomed around course in an hour and half.... When we made the turn we were told we had to wait.... And that we had to pair up with another twosome to slow down our pace. When u book a text time early, u book it with hopes of getting through round as fast as possible.... You shouldn't be punished for playing fast and have to wait to continue round. Case in point is why I hate double booking. The starter was excellent in setting us up and group we paired up with was awesome, but bottom line is if you play early you should be able to continue your round at same pace... Now with all that being said the course is an excellent track. I will revisit and I do recommend.
The Architects Golf Club

Course is always in great condition. Pace was decent and staff is excellent. My only suggestion is they really really need to monitor hole #2..... And in fact most of the par 3s there's way to many ball marks.... So either the Rangers have to do better job of making people repair their ball marks or the greens keeper has to fix the greens..... Its to good of a course to have the greens beat up like that.
Back Creek Golf Club
Played On 08/08/2015Always good
This place is always a great track. Only downfall this visit was greens were a little bad.... Hard like putting and landing shots on concrete. Greens need some work. Way way to hard.
Rutgers University Golf Course
Played On 08/04/2015Regularly good
This is typically in good condition. I University does a great job in the upkeep. Course was in great condition.... Pace was on par. I never see Rangers but it still keeps good pace. Challenging holes and good fun.

Wind Watch Golf & Country Club
Played On 07/30/2015Great course
Great shape..... And awesome pace. Pleasure to play this challenging track. Just keep it in play off the tee and you score well. Tip: you don't always need a driver off the tee.
Cream Ridge Golf Club
Played On 7/20/2013Decent track....
played this one as a 36 hole day. happy to say this turned out to be a pretty decent and challenging track. fairways were a littke burned up but to be fair we just got out of a nasty 1 1/2 week heat wave . fairways were still pretty good and greens were pretty quick and rolled well also. guys in clubhouse were nice and I ended up meeting up with 2 guys with 6 holes to play and had a blast. will definitely visit again.
Apple Mountain Golf & Country Club
Played On 7/14/2013In the sticks but...
this is a pretty interesting course...it actually is a pretty challenging course. it does need to be lil more maintained though... fairways need cut and greens are super slow.....needs a good rolling. the layout is fantastic though and it does have a very interesting par6 hole. quite cool....its in the boonies and just to let u know just how far in the sticks it is.....when I was getting ready to go out the starter comes over and goes " so im not racist but how do you guys feel about the whole paula deen thing" .....now me being black and my friend being white we thought that was quite the conversation starter ...we rolled with it and clowned but if I wasn't a laid back guy that guy might have caused a little trouble for his course. he might want to think of some different things to bring up in conversation. the bartender at the 19th hole is very cool.
Silver Lake Golf Course
Played On 4/16/2013Nice lil challenge
This is actually a nice track....the course has a lil bit of a drainage problem. A lot of standing water on course but overall a good challenging course. I played april 16 ..early in year so greens are coming back from aerification and they are sanded but they are still rolling well. Con there is there is no ranger prowling to enforce pace of play....I have yet to play here and not get backed up. Pace of play is a lil bad . I bought my round on golfnow for $21 ...and I think the normal rate is $63 which is a little much for this . I would try to find deals and play for no less then $45 . Still a nice track.
