The pro shop staff, starters, cart girls and restaurant staff are among the friendliest and courteous at any course I have ever played. For the amount of play the Cimarron gets, nobody seems to ever get frazzled or short with people. It is a great course and one that anybody who visits the Palm Springs area should play.

I was told at check in that the tee times were running 15 minutes behind. We actually teed off 45 minutes after the original tee time. The pace of play on the front was slow and when we made the turn, there were two groups on the tee waiting. We went back to number 1 and played it again, finishing just before dark. The course recently had some damage from the rain in January and the West nine wasn't open which might have contributed to the slow play; The staff was super friendly, even in the chaos of getting people in carts and off of the first tee.

I was a single golfer and paired with three great people. The pace of play was great. The course was dry and the greens were more firm than I am used to. But, overall, it is a great layout with some very challenging holes.

It is a great value for the money in Palm Springs. The staff is terrific, the course (and I usually play it 2-3 times when I am here in January-February) is being maintained again after several years of neglect, has a great design (three par 3's, three par 4's and three par 5's on the front nine) and has a great combination of easy and difficult holes. I will play it again while I am here in Palm Springs, at least two more times.

It was 81 degrees with almost no wind, which makes this track much more playable. The greens were on the quick side and the only negative was that some of the sand traps were light on sand. Great cart girl and saw her 3 times while playing and seemed to be there when we needed her.

Super friendly staff. I was a few minutes late due to some traffic delays and Jennifer got me taken out to my group on the first green. Course was in great shape, considering the amount of rain the Palm Springs area had gotten on Thursday. Pace of play was great and we finished in less than 4 hours. I was glad that I chose to play here today.

I played at Shadow Mountain several times while I was in Palm Springs in February. Because there was rain a few times, Shadow Mountain was relatively dry and very playable. I am looking forward to playing it again in Feb. 2020./

My wife and I took my 7 year old grandson to play Maple Brook. Chris, the general manager whom I have known for several years, took very good care of us. We had a great time and will be back again.

We played Royal Scot for the first time in 2 years and found in great condition. The staff was terrific and it made the round start out on a positive note.

We had a twosome behind us as we began to tee off and let them tee off ahead of us. We saw them for 3 holes and never saw them again. We were never held up, everything was in great shape and the weather couldn't have been better.
