Unfortinately, we were caught in the midst of several strong rains passing through the areas. If it's raining, or been raining, be aware that the greens don't appear to drain well. Overall the course was average. Most of the tee boxes were in terrible shape. Some were even closed while they tried to get the sod to grow. Some sand traps were in rough shape...but could be easily brought back to par. Greens were appeard to be in good shape...but didn't appear to drain well. The course offers great views of the mountains, elevation changes, wildlife, and is secluded in a housing development with holes winding throughout the grounds. The course is pretty straight foward and if I played it again I wouldn't hit many drivers off the tee. Fun course and will be back...just hope they realize the potential of this course and fix the problem areas.
