Stonebridge Golf Club
Played On 10/19/2016Keeps getting better
This course is by far the best course in the area. The course conditions are stellar. The new superintendent, management and their crews are all working collectively well and the amenities and the course conditions are proving it.

This used to be a favorite course of my groups annual play. However, due to poor course conditions, slow pace of play (Rangers more concerned with collecting bottles), high price for the golf, the cart path only on 9 of the holes and the carts themselves shutting down if one is to close to the greens or anywhere else that it dictates to you and manually overrides the cart we will not waste our money here again. The food is good that's it. Go elsewhere.

I played today, had an original tee time of 12:20, I arrived early and Steve accommodated me even though I was 45 minutes early. Customer service! The conditions of the course were excellent. We have had below average precipitation the last month and a half substantially and the tee boxes, fairways, and the greens were immaculate. Not to mention the sand here is the best in the area not rocky, wet or parking lot unlike some local courses. The weekday rate was well worth the time! Unlike other more expensive courses in the local area this place exceeds the price! Thanks to the general manager, superintendent and the rest of the team today! Replay rate is respectable too!

Played On 06/04/2016Terrible pace of play
10:20ish tee time on a Saturday morning, 6 hours and 10 minutes later we completed our round. The pace of play was terrible. More interested in profit than guest experience. Cart girl we saw once the entire round. The sand trap sand was rocky and parking lot almost. For the price paid I would go elsewhere. A fun layout but poorly managed.

Played On 06/03/2016Nice course
First time playing this course. The front 9 was a little back and forth dog legs galore. The back 9 was a lot more enjoyable. The sand traps need better sand it reminded me of a parking lot with gravel.
Overall a fun experience, pace of play was a little to slow for a Friday morning.

Played On 09/24/2014Uninspiring Track
I would not pay full retail for this course. It is pretty easy and the rough needs some work. Hit your ball anywhere but the fairway good luck finding it. Greens are a joke in bad shape and not challenging. Save your money and play elsewhere. I will not be back.
Northville Hills Golf Club
Played On 09/09/2014TO SLOW PACE OF PLAY
Decent Arnold Palmer signature course. The course was playing to slow at almost 5 hours on a weekday afternoon is not acceptable for what they charge for the privilege of playing their course. Not enough ball washers on the course either which is a disappointment. Apparently they are having problems with people stealing them. Their problem now becomes my problem, not acceptable. Also, they had aerated 3 of the fairways on the back 9 which was a pain to hit off of, quit large chunks of soil and no roll of your ball. Not offered a discount or voucher when I asked in the proshop said their boss had left for the day. Poor customer service.
Overall a nice course, poor customer service, not enough ball washers on the course and horrible pace of play. Good once a year at best.

Played On 09/08/2014HORRIBLE PACE OF PLAY
The pace of play was terrible, 5.5 hours on a mid Monday afternoon. Literally hit a ball wait 10-15 minutes hit a ball wait 10-15 minutes. There was no ranger anywhere on the course. Hard to stay warmed up and get anything going when waiting around on literally 3 groups of people on almost every hole.
The course itself is nice and the pro shop guy was professional, however due to the slow play not sure if I'll be back especially for an Arnold Palmer associated course, disappointed to say the least.

Played On 07/22/2014Course is getting better
Course is getting in better shape. The green fees are a bit high. Without GolfNow discount I would play elsewhere. A fun course to play as long as they aren't completely booked this course is known to play 5 hours plus which is no fun.

Played On 06/14/2014Deceived
Checked in fine, got situated get on first tee box and then told I have to pay an $8.00 rider fee if my friend wants to just watch. I do not see a rider fee anywhere on there less than desirable website nor in their pro shop. This is nothing more than price gouging especially for a city course I pay taxes for. I have played here before multiple times and have never had to pay a rider fee.
The course itself is short, greens are quite slow and there is a hawk on the back 9 that literally attacked the group in front of me. Decent track if you're new to golf or want to get in a quick round. Not worth the price they charge with cart go elsewhere.

Played On 9/28/2013Slow play
Decent course the rough needs some work and the greens are quite slow. For the money there are far better courses in the area that are cheaper and more enjoyable to play. Over five hours to complete the round is to slow.
dirt traps full of rocks poor value. slow play
