First 12 holes we were followed by the mower. Cutting around the greens. Noise got frustrating after a few. They should be working backwards, 18,17,16.... so that they wont bother anyone twice. Once would be ok, the work has to get done. But these guys just one hole after the other, $73 for a round of golf on staten island should get you at least some quiet during the round. Also- we booked the first two tee times of the day, in order to finish early and not have to wait for slow golfers holding us up. Yet this course let people who were walking start out on the back nine. Front nine took us two hours, back nine took us three and a half hours to finish.

Workers are friendly and nice. My issues was the guy that changes the cup placement on the greens. I used to work at a course on the island. We would change the cups traveling the holes backwards. 18,17,16....so on. For some reason they change them here in order from 1,2,3.... so just about every hole we played we had to wait for the guy to get off the green because we didnt want to hit him. We played the first 16 holes this way. He was friendly and would wave us up, but still, we opted to wait for safety. When you change them backwards you can only run into people once. Other than that this course is in better shape then the other two on the island.

We were going at a good pace, when we got to 15, the course sent out about 12 elderly first timers..... and started them on the 15th..... together. We stood around for about 30 minutes watching them hit a ball for the first time ever. Plus there was a driving range right next to us, why not start them there? Made a good day miserable. Plus my gos watch was giving iff numbers, like 500 yds off
