Played using a Golf Now hot deal. Glad we did because the course was not in tip top shape. Almost all of the water hazards were dry. On a scale of 1 to 10, fairways and greens were a 5 and bunkers were a 9. Final 3 holes were altered due to physical issues which reduced par by 3 strokes... disappointed we were not advised at check-in. All in all this is a very playable course for beginners and high handicappers.

Morgan Creek is a good track for testing one's accuracy. Course conditions are usually above average, although wet weather results in frequent standing water situations on fairways. Staff is very friendly. Early morning weekday pace of play is excellent... our foursome played ready golf and completed our recent round (cart path only) in 4 hours.

Greens are "green" and fast. Pin placements are challenging. Bunkers in good condition. Kudos to groundskeeper and staff.

Course in very good shape for February play. Fairways not green, but ball rolls well and sits up. Greens are challenging and fast. Carts in excellent condition. Pace of play very slow considering week-day, mid-morning tee time.
