Madison Green Country Club
Played On 02/19/2021Didn't Play Madison Green
My wife and I tried to book a round at Madison Green. We thought we had a tee time picked and I checked to see if I had any rewards to use. When I returned to the booking site, the tee time was listed as taken, so we figured someone else had booked it. We ended up playing golf somewhere else that day. When I returned home, I checked my e-mail and discovered that WE had a confirmation for that time and had paid for the round online. Needless to say, we were very unhappy. I'm sorry I can't give a review of the course because we still haven't played there. I wish GolfNow could issue us some rewards to use to ease our pain!
The Florida Club
Played On 01/06/2021Golf at The Florida Club
The Florida Club is a golfer friendly course with reasonably wide fairways. A few of the holes are dauntingly long, but most are very playable. There is a variety of types of holes, so the course is not boring. The final three holes provide a challenging finish.
Hammock Creek Golf Club
Played On 12/07/2020Hammock Creek Golf
My wife and I play Hammock Creek just about once a week. This is one of the most golfer- friendly courses we play, but it still provides challenges. Some holes are fairly easy, but others are more difficult. If you join the e-club, you receive a reduced greens fee, so the cost of play is fairly reasonable.
Sandhill Crane Golf Club - Championship Golf Course
Played On 01/03/2019We really enjoy this course
My wife and I really enjoy playing this golf course. The layout is interesting and the ambiance good. Some holes are challenging and others not so much. The course is fairly open and golfer friendly with a few exceptions. We usually see alligators and lots of birds.
Eagle/Osprey at Okeeheelee Golf Course
Played On 04/23/2018Okeeheelee Golf
My wife and I really like Okeeheelee, since it offers a variety of wildlife and is manicured fairly well for a publicly-owned course. The three nines offer a variety of types of holes with varying degrees of difficulty. A variety of tee locations allows for all levels of golfer to have a fun or a challenging experience. We play here often. On this occasion we used a GolfNow Hot Deal, which seemed very reasonable in price. Unfortunately, after six holes we were called off the course for lightning. When I asked for a rain check in the pro shop I was told that since I paid GolfNow I needed to contact them. I've tried calling the 800-594-9280 number, but the recorded message plays and the number hangs up. We seem to have no recourse and feel that we received shabby treatment in this situation.
Sandhill Crane Golf Club - Championship Golf Course
Played On 04/13/2018Aesthetically appealing golf course
Sandhill Crane is a golf course that is pleasing to the eye. The layout has good variety and you normally see plenty of birds and a few alligators. The fairways are reasonably wide and the greens receptive, giving the average golfer opportunities to score. The greens do have subtle break, causing some perplexing near-misses. This is one of our favorite Palm Beach County courses.
Atlantis Country Club
Played On 04/10/2018Golfer-friendly course
Atlantis CC is not as tight as most Florida courses. There is plenty of water to avoid, but the fairways are fairly wide, thus giving the average golfer better opportunities to score. The greens are usually quite fast and undulating, with some having turtle-shell contours that make it challenging to hit the green and hold it. We always enjoy our round there.
Atlantis Country Club
Played On 12/13/2016Nice round at Atlantis CC
We always enjoy playing this golf course. It is always in good condition and has a friendly staff. The course is not difficult but presents challenges for all golfers.
