Started with the guy in the clubhouse being as unfriendly as could be. No directions to practice green or range. We were just told to be ready because he might page us early. Rushed us to the first tee without explaining how to get there. Was turned off immediately. Played 5 holes then hit a huge backup with 4 groups on hole 6. Was so irritated we left after nine without saying a word. Would not go back. Much better options for the money where they will appreciate you being there and not act like it should be the other way around.
Magnolia Greens Golf Course - Magnolia/Camellia

Solid choice. Nothing fancy but a nice and decent place to play. Staff was super friendly and course was in good shape.
Compass Pointe Golf Course
Played On 07/05/2019Not bad but a little pricey
Course was decent but not overly memorable. Lot's of housing but nothing really intrusive. Paid full price but they had one hole closed and played the 70 yard #19th to get to 18 holes. Hole #18 was beautiful and challenging.
Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run

Greens were nice and fast. Fairways were pure dirt and non-existent. Awful condition everywhere but greens and tee boxes. Course layout is boring just down and back with both 9's a copy of each other. Staff was pretty friendly just didn't enjoy the course.
Arthur Hills at Palmetto Hall Plantation

Didn't love this course. A lot of hidden water hazards with little signage to help find them. Tight landing areas with little to no room to miss tee shots. Greens were nice and rolled well. Ranger was very friendly.

Favorite course of our trip! All 8 guys said this was their favorite course. Layout was awesome course and greens were very nice. The staff on the other hand were rude and acted as if they were doing you a favor. It started at the guard shack at the entrance to the community. The guy there was rude and very proud of the power he wields. There are no signs to help guide you were to go. Then you get to course and the kid in the pro shop was not friendly at all. This club used to be private and act like they don't want you there. The practice facilities are very average.

Played On 04/02/2018Staff was best we encountered
This was our first stop of four and the staff at OS was by far the friendliest. Everyone we encountered was great. The course was very unique with some beautiful holes framed by the marsh. Our only complaint was the green speeds. They were very slow compared to the other courses we played. They did roll true but were just extremely slow. This being said I would definitely play again due to the layout and the staff.
