Bad experience checking in
Originally booked on line at one price. Had to change time at last minute and did via phone but on line price for time slot was $50 less pp. front desk would not honor it and in fact was rude.. Not the way to start the experience. Paired us with two really nice people that helped lessen the initial experience.
