The lack of water in the Comox Valley has made this course into a goat track... super dry, lots of places where there should be grass are dirt. Hard to get tees into tee boxes - if you use wooden tees... take at least 18 as you are going to bust them on every drive....

Greens are not bad but rest of course is dry...bit of a heat track

Arizona Grand Resort

Course is in great shape but the round was really slow. We teed off just before 11 am and didn't finish until 3:45. Not a marshal in sight, guys in front of us thought they were on the PGA tour. Very frustrating.
We are sorry to see that your overall experience was anything short of 5 stars. We appreciate you pointing out any pace of play issues at the course, we will definitely look into this further. Thank you for coming out and we hope you'll give us another try in the near future.
Kokopelli Golf Course

5+ hours on a cold rainy day. Bunkers are cement, lots of standing water on some holes - if you aren't on the fairway you are hitting off of dirt. Holes are nice but waiting on each and every hole is crazy. If you have nothing but time on your hands and don't mind waiting, and waiting then this course is ok. Otherwise try for somewhere else.....

Over 5 hours for a round. Staff say that's normal. Course layout results in 3 foursomes waiting on the par 3s. Impossible to have any flow to your game. Too many golfers put onthe course.
Arizona Grand Resort
Played On 01/17/2019Course is in great shape. Tee boxes are tricky as there are no markers on the cart path. A rock painted the color of the tee box would be great. Also as a first time player better signage as to the location of the next tee would be helpful.... there are lots of forks in the path??? Last thing which is a tad weird, nine and 18 dont end at the club house. So dont expect a snack and bathroom break at the turn. To get back to the clubhouse after 18 you have to drive back about 3 holes. They did have a beverage cart however. No womens wear in the pro shop and no one takes your clubs to the front of the resort for pick up.

Sunnydale Golf and Country Club
Played On 02/14/2018Its early in the season but the course is in pretty good shape. Some soggy spots. No one on the course so that was great as well.
Rancho Mirage Country Club

Course is in rough shape -sparse grass coverage, seems like its been over watered, lots of wet spots with little grass. Some sand traps were wet. We had a 1pm tee off time and finished nine is a whopping 2 hours and forty five minutes-ugh.
