First, limited beer selections, I not talking about the exotic brands, have to wait long time to get served, beverages and drinks are way overpriced. It used to be a good place to have fish and chip and couple of beers. A lot of guys from Chicago Bulls used to hangout there but not anymore. A good round of golf was ruined once you stepped into the bar. I recommend people playing the course, it’s challenging and fun to play then go somewhere else to play 19th.
Village Green Country Club

Slow play caused by the course layout, especially at #6 hole. Greens are well maintained but you will hardly figure out speed from green to green. Fairways are in bad shape. There are more desirable courses in the area with comparable rate.

3 putts are normal! Be prepared for these undulating greens!

Management needs to spend some money to fix the tee boxes. Night and day difference if you compare the conditions of current greens and tee boxes.
