Lake Isle Country Club
Played On 06/17/2020Underwhelming and packed
This isn’t a terrible course but the layout and conditions just make it frustrating. Pace of play is always gonna be an issue bc the holes are so close together that you’re always going to wait for people who’ve hit their tee shot onto your fairway. The range is so small and facing the course that on the first and I think the 12 hole if your shot leaks a little out of the fairway you have to find it in a sea of range balls while having people hitting balls that are landing all around you. Like I said not terrible but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Usually in a lot better shape but understandable because we’re Just now coming out of 3/4 months of quarantine. The only thing that’s deplorable are the bunkers they have 3-4 foot weeds growing out of them. the tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in amazing shape best I’ve seen in years! Teed off at 3:15 and finished at 6 fastest round I’ve had there to date definitely gonna be back soon!
Forest Park Golf Course
Played On 12/12/2014Poorly kept
The tee boxes were just straight dirt no grass. The greens had big chunks missing from them and nobody repairs ball marks. No one bothered to put the flag back in the hole and on some holes it was snapped in two. Cart paths are basically a roller coaster with 50 ft dips on some holes. And some of the holes are just ridiculous with 60 ft drops in the middle of the fairway.

I played this course twice so far. As a walk in I dropped $47.00 for one with a cart and that's alright for where I live but then I booked here and played for $19.00 yesterday and again today for even less.they always have hot deals and it's a great course. Longest hole is a par 4 390 yards so it's great long and short game.
