Gas carts no coolers.
5 tee boxes/ hole - good condition- very spread out.
Fairways - good condition- some split with washes.
Sand traps - great condition- most are small.
Greens - aerated no long ago, but good condition- soft- challenging, but very readable.

The course layout is good - long drivers have to be accurate or you must layup and hit long 2nd shots. Tee boxes are good for the most part. fairways ok, but not well marked. The rough is rediculous- over grown weeds or mud and patchy. The sand traps are worthless. The water hazards are well placed. Greens are ok - some have large dead spots.
This could be a great course if they cleaned it up - a true cart path would help tremendously. And the dead zones between the tees and the fairways should be made desert scape. The little things like signs, ballwashers, water jugs, yardage markers, if re-done would add a touch of class that would make the golfers treat the course with more care. Sadly it looks like they don't even care to mow properly

Tee boxes bad shape, most fairways are thin spotty and weedy. Greens ok.

Course was lush and greens smooth. Very flat and straight. Par 5s and 3s long, par 4s short. Storm damage recently has course tore up in places with "cart >" signs marking muddy damaged areas, so I didn't always "play it where it lies." Probably needs a week to dry out. I'm not a big fan of spending an extra 30 minutes cleaning mud off everything after a round. Will give course another play in the fall/winter.

Golfed here a couple times, think I'm done with this course. Short course to begin with then they split tee boxes about 75-100 yards apart.
Layout isn't great. A shared green. No maps. Odd yard markers - sometimes there sometimes not, sometimes down the middle sometimes off to the side. Holes so close to each other cross traffic slows pace of play. Cart return is ridiculous. Staff not friendly to newbies/outsiders. Good for very senior golfers - for everyone else there are much better choices.
