It’s challenging, in pretty good shape and worth it to play this course. I have played it in each of the three years we have been coming down here to this part of Florida. It also helps to play with nice folks which was the case this round.

Overall, it was a good round of golf with one caveat. I got to the course about 45 minutes before my scheduled time. When I got to the starter, I was informed that the group I had been paired with had gotten there an hour before and gone out at that time. I was given the option of playing as a single or waiting almost an additional 45 minutes until another single was scheduled.
I chose to go single and when another single caught me, it became a much better round.

Hard to follow the holes as there were no signs directing us to the next tee box. Many singles and twosomes with no attempt to pair people up. Slow greens. I won’t be back.

I have played this course every time I am in Naples. Even if I don’t get a golf now time, I will choose to pay for it. The staff is friendly, the folks I play with are almost always friendly and there isn’t the pretension which many of the courses in and around Naples have. Even in season, they are accommodating and nice to deal with. I highly recommend this course to 15+ handicappers as it never kills you, but is challenging.

On the whole, a round of golf has a lot of components to it. One, is the distance to get there. Cape Coral is a long way to go from most places in Southwest Fla., including over a toll bridge to get onto the Island. The course was in OK shape, with the exception of a number of greens which were looking very sad and lost. It’s a very busy place with three 9 hole courses all very full, and on that day, the putting area was blocked off from use for some reason. If you are staying on Cape Coral, it’s worth playing. But, don’t travel over an hour like I did, as there are other courses around which give you as food a value for the money. The

The course was in fair shape. Slow greens and a lot of water. It is trying to upgrade itself and I was told that it’s better then last year. There were few people playing and I went out alone. The carts are gas and clunky. For southwest Florida, this wouldn’t be my choice for another round.

Great staff. Nice course. I play it every year when we come to Naples. It’s good to have a value like this in Naples where the prices can get stupid.

Good course. Nice staff. Course in good shape and an overall nice round. I recommend it as one of the better courses and values for those of us who want to have a nice round and not feel like second class citizens in the seemingly snobby environs of Naples.

Played in under 4 hours. The course had it's challenges, and some very forgiving holes. I hadn't played in a couple of months, so I needed to get the rust off. It's a good course to try out different approaches to your game.
