bulldoze and start over

We played on a COLD(34*) windy day and had the course to ourselves. That and the friendly pro in the shop were the positives. Everything else about this place from the carts that were falling apart, cigarette butts in them, cracked windshield/taped together seats, to the driving range nets that were in tatters and falling down, greens plagued with bluegrass, non existent cart paths, fairways that existed only because the weeds had taken over and a club house that has original retro furniture and amenities. Save yourself the trouble and bypass this goat track on your way over to Wyboo.

Cold and wet

Played the course in very windy, cold, and wet conditions. Brutal round due to conditions but course was in good shape. Greens and fairways were in good shape for all the rain the area has had. Would play again and would recommend.

Where's the hole?

Booked tee time through golfnow.com and saved 50%. Had to have golfnow.com talk with proshop to verify payment( a little annoying). Played on a CHILLY/Windy day but scenery and course were beautiful. Course/Fairways were still a little rough from rainy summer. Greens were in good shape about medium speed. Bunkers varied wildly from powder to hardpan(pay attention/be careful). There are a lot of blind shots on this course as you would expect from a course built in the mountains. Got turned around going to and from a few greens to tee box. Could use some signs for direction. Lost a few balls, found a bunch! LOVED the gps built into carts. Should be standard at all courses to speed up pace of play. Even with the wind/chill had a good time and will be return.
