Streamsong Resort - Red Course
Played On 04/03/2019Streamsong Red was totally enjoyable. There is a wide variety of holes, beautiful scenery, and a wonderful layout. Course was in great shape.
Streamsong Resort - Black Course
Played On 04/02/2019We played Black after a morning round on Blue (first time ever) that took ~4.5 hrs. We walked and hustled along. The starter on Black was not accommodating to our group (two foresomes back-to-back) when we wanted to switch up the groups for our team match which spanned 4 days of golf. We eventually switched around the groups by the 3rd hole and had a great time.
The course was different than Blue with a lot of sand along the fairways, and fairway and green side bunkers as well. There could be better indicators as to where the next tees were as you left greens which would help first timers who don't have caddies. The course was very interesting and enjoyable to play, especially given the difficulty of a few holes. Our second round on Black the next day was even more fun as we knew our way around and where to direct certain shots. Would love to return!
Streamsong Resort - Blue Course
Played On 04/01/2019Streamsong Blue was the first course we played during our visit. It was fun and very playable. Each hole was interesting and they all flowed together nicely. The course was in great shape and the staff was attentive and helpful. Would love to return.
Mountain Lake
Played On 03/31/2019Mountain Lake was a special treat. It is an old classic that was in perfect shape. Bunker sand was soft and consistent. The course is beautiful with tree-lined fairways, some water, and mild elevation changes.
