Played here numerous times and I enjoy the course. It’s a fun layout and the staff are always friendly. Good value for the $$$. Only thought is the greens could be worked on some..they were a little rough in places and very slow in other spots. Fairways and tees overall were in good condition. Bottom line: I like playing here when we come to Maui and would recommend the course.

I’ve never been to Mesquite but have heard about several good courses there, so decided to book a Hot Deal at Oasis. Had a great time and really enjoyed the course. It was overall in good condition, greens were a little bare in a few spots but putted very smoothly, fairways and tees were very goid. Loved the elevation changes and variety of holes on the Palmer course - very good design. Staff were friendly. I’d highly recommend this course !

I’ve played Boulder Creek numerous times on visits to the area and the course never disappoints. I got a “Hot Deal”, so that was even better. This is my favorite public course in the Vegas area for the overall course quality and consistently good course conditions.
I thought overall the conditions were about the best I’ve ever seen here. It’s a challenging enough layout, and very playable. Greens were smooth and true. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pace was about 4 hours, which I wish was a little faster but totally acceptable since it was a pretty busy day.
This is a must play public course if you’re visiting the Vegas valley!

1st time playing Siena and was very impressed. The course is well designed and offers a good fair challenge to all golfers.. Conditions were very good…fairways were nice and greens rolled true. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly..
Was crowded for a Monday, so pace was about 4 hrs 20 minutes…a little slow..
Overall I really enjoyed this course and will definitely play it again when I visit.

Great & challenging layout. Course played tough in the conditions but still an enjoyable experience. Overall in good shape for winter in Texas.
One negative- don’t charge extra for range balls. Leaves a bad impression....

I’ve played here several times on golf trips and will continue to play the course. The course has a good variety of holes and has been in good shape. Was surprised to see the poor review recently because that hasn’t been my experience. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that the cart attendant was heavily puffing in a cigarette while I was unloading my stuff from the cart and I hate cigarette smoke. Being early Spring, there are some areas of the course that need a little work, but overall this is a very good value in Vegas golf. I’ll continue to play at Arroyo.

The GOOD: The course looks to be a really nice, beautiful course, with lots of elevation changes and an excellent design in good condition.

The BAD: Too bad I only got to play 2 holes...and it took 1 HOUR! Totally ridiculous!
I drove a few holes ahead and there were 3 groups on each hole....I called the Pro Shop from the tee of the 3rd hole; they said I could come over to the back 9 to see if it might be open over there (do they not know????....oh, I see why...no starters and no marshals...)

For a Sunday afternoon after 3:00 pm I expected the course to be somewhat busy but not like it was. There are no starters or marshals and play was backed up worse than I have ever seen on any course. There were 2 80-something couples in the group in front of me where each player took at least 8 shots to get to the green. One of the gentlemen, obviously a local resident of the retirement community that surrounds the course and proudly wearing his "golf suspenders", said "I don't know why they even sent you off". You can say that again, gramps!

The GOOD: The guys at the Pro-Shop refunded me their portion of the green-fee I paid at the course....still trying to get my GolfNow fee back...I then called the municipal course at Boulder City and drove out there to at least get in 9 holes (well, 11) that afternoon....

BOTTOM LINE: DON'T waste your time here! I play a lot of good courses on GolfNow for reasonable prices on my trips out to Vegas and don't have time to waste at a course like this that obviously overbooks tee-times and has no desire to monitor the pace of play. My suggestion - go play at Stallion Mountain, Boulder Creek, Boulder City (a good quality municipal course), Arroyo/Red Rock, Mountain Falls (a long but worth it 45-mile drive to Pahrump), Bear's Best, Coyote Springs, Highland Falls, etc. Rhodes Ranch is a really good course worth playing but it can also get stacked up this time of year, but I've at least been able to play in a reasonable amount of time there.....

I've played this course several times now. The first time I played last fall they were overseeding and the fairways were hairy and we played cart-path only. I liked it even under those conditions and like it even more now. This time the fairways were great, and the greens were smooth and true.

I really like the design and layout of the course...a good variety of challenging holes with some water and mounding but not overly difficult or unfair. Enjoyable to play!

Great value for the money! Greens were in very good condition, and course was challenging enough and playable. Good layout and enjoyable round. Pace of play wasn't monitored, but we played pretty fast. I'd definitely play this course again and again.

Always a great but fair challenge. Course was in excellent condition. Very crowded for a beautiful Friday afternoon, so pace was 5 hours. Staff was doing best they could to get people going...just a very busy day due to perfect weather. You will not regret playing this course.

Great Nicklaus design (wouldn't expect anything less!) and course was in extremely good condition. A great value and must play if you're in the Vegas area.

Tee shots have pretty generous landing areas, but many fairways have numerous undulations where it can be difficult to have a level lie. Approach shots and around the greens can be very challenging, as the greens are well bunkered and have several tiers to allow for a lot of different pin placements. You need to really think your way around this course and keep the ball below the hole on the greens if possible. The course has a great variety of holes so you won't get bored.
I found it very enjoyable to play - can be difficult at times but not unfair. Well worth the hour drive north of Vegas. Only observation is that I played on a Saturday early afternoon as a single and there were a number of foursomes ahead. Many were friendly and let me play through but it was pretty backed up. But, on a weekend you kind of expect more players. Play during the week or later on a weekend if you want to try and play faster. Again, if you want to play a really nice Nicklaus course, you've got to play here.

Couldn't have asked for a better day - Unusually mild for summer in Vegas - high was only 80 degrees, with only slight breezes. This course and my experience was just as great as the weather. Friendly staff - check; great course layout - check; good course conditions - double check. The greens were as smooth as you could hope for and rolled very true. Fairways were just as nice. Overall a wonderful course and extremely enjoyable round.

Course was in great shape and is a good challenging layout for both low handicap and novice golfers. The weather was perfect, which made it even more fun. Great view of Mt. Charleston and its snowcapped peak in October. All the pro-shop staff, cart-girl and starter were very friendly and welcoming. This course was well worth the hour drive from Vegas! Will definitely want to play it again.

All I can say is WOW! Did not expect a course like this out in the middle of nowhere. Desert course is a great layout with numerous elevation changes and a challenge for a good player but very playable for my buddy who is a higher handicapper. Course was in good condition overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience for us Texans looking for something different out here and we found it. Will try and come out here every time I come to Vegas!

First time I have played this course and I will definitely add it to my list of Vegas courses to play. The course is a good design and challenging but not overly difficult. The staff (pro shop, cart area and bartender) were all very friendly. The GPS system on the cart is great. I really liked this course a lot.

They are finishing up their overseeding, so we could not drive on the fairways but this was just a minor inconvenience. Because of the overseeding the fairways are a little hairy and the greens are slow but this is just a short-term issue. The course has a nice variety of holes, with some water that comes into play on several holes. It's a good enough challenge for me as a better player with a few very hard holes, but also was enjoyable for my buddy who shoots in the 90s.

Will absolutely play here again.

I've played this course several times and love coming back. It is a difficult course but not unfair at all. The design of the course is wonderful and has a variety of holes and elevations that make it a lot of fun and a great challenge to play.

Overall the course is not as good a shape as I've seen it before - part of that is probably due to the change in seasons and winter grass starting to growi in. The greens were very soft, which is great for playing but also cause huge ball marks that can be difficult to repair. There were tons of ball marks on some of the greens that can make putting difficult at times.

The starter was very friendly and helpful and got us out ahead of a larger group which was much appreciated.

I come to Vegas 3 or 4 times a year and will continue to always try and play this course when I visit.

I really enjoyed this course. There was no wind, so the course played somewhat easier than it normally would. Overall, the course is very well maintained - the greens were very smooth and great to putt and the fairways were also in good shape. Staff was friendly and eager to help. The course is a good challenge for better players and very playable for higher handicappers also. I'll definitely play here again.

Despite some difficult wind conditions at times, I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I'm a 6 handicap, and from the blues this course was a very good challenge but not unfair at all. The course was in overall very good condition and has a nice variety of holes and elevations. Rough was difficult at times, but the fairways were mostly generous. Great views of Haleakala. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to playing this course at least once more (hopefully even more) on this trip.
