*This course was recently sold.* I preface this because it seems the owners didn't spend a dime on this course all year knowing that.

The carts are antique's, the pro shop is bare, no water or towels for the ball washers, tee boxes are rough, tee yardage markers on ground are over grown, sand traps have no sand and are weed traps, fairway are non existent, rough's are overgrown, greens are diseased and have hydraulic fluid on 1/2 of them.

This is one of those course's that they should pay you to play.

Well hit balls are lost in the overgrown fairways and roughs, greens are bumpy and super slow, carpaths are unmaintained and poorly marked, they're no yard markers for 100-150-200 yards that are visible.

Overall I recommend staying away from this course until it has been properly maintained by the new owners.

Beautiful and well kept course for an early spring round of golf. There were a few rough patches, just like any other course. Wide open fairways, managable greens and bunkers. Overall this was a great deal on an above average course. I recommend you try this course if you get a chance.

This was a very nice course just north west of Kissimmee. The course played fast, there was minimal obstructions and the fairways were wide open. It was still early in the season and the grasses hadn't fully come in yet. I would highly recommend this course. The staff was very helpful and the course was very enjoyable to play.

Greens were fast, fairways were wide and forgiving, plenty of sand traps to play at the beach and water only came into play on a few holes. Worth the trip to play this great course. Overall, this was an excellent Hot Deals buy on GolfNow.

The turn restaurant had quick food and drink to grab and go with friendly service. The starter was well informed and passed on a lot of knowledge about the course. A must play on your trip to OBX.

Course was in great shape for spring. Weather was sunny, dry and cool. Greens were fast but easy to read, fairways were pretty wide open with WATER HAZARDS everywhere and almost every hole. Of the 5 courses we played the week we were here, this was the most challenging with the water hazards. You may want to pack some extra balls, some AA for the water holes. So glad we payed and expierenced this track in OBX.

Played Weds 8/14. Overall the course was in very good shape. Greens were medium to fast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Price through Golf Now was outstanding. Will be playing again on Friday.
