Great layout ..played the rivercourse that also winds up for four holes through the hills. Buy the course book for 5 bucks if you have never played before...a number of holes have water that isn't apparent from the tee box. Greens are very fast...14+ on the stimpmeter...and hard. Will play again when next in the area.

Played Palms on November 15, 2013 with a local gent and another GolfNow member visiting from Canada. Easy check in but very busy with a tourney going off the Pines course. Had been over seeded several weeks earlier so cart path only...that said, tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent shape. Sand (in 3 times) was fine and without stones or debris. Did finish the last two holes with nominal light as sun sets at 5:30 local time. Interesting layout overall and will go back to play again.

Played on 5/22/2013...1:30 TT...97 degrees...windy conditions. Good practice facility with 9 hole putting course. Friendly pro shop staff relayed relevant info about the course... Rolling 10+- on s- meter, etc. got us out earlier than assigned time and had no one in front of us. Landscaping was cool with gardens and water features abounding. Played whites and shot 86 (14.3 index). Great layout and very well maintained. Will play again. Recommended.
